2 Sweet Potatoes, washed and cut into large cubes
1 Large White or Yellow Onion, cut into wedges
1 Large Zucchini, sliced
2 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
6 Garlic Cloves, peeled
1/4 cup EVOO
1/2 cup White Wine
1/2 cup Olives, pitted
1/4 cup Capers
3 tablespoons of Seasonella Aromatic Sea Salt Seasoning
