We are very excited to announce our new monthly collaboration series, where we work with unique and like-minded artisans to create a special wine pairing curation just for you.
To kick off our first Artisan of the Month, we are thrilled to introduce you to Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. Owned and operated by three sisters from the Giacomini family, Point Reyes Farmstead Cheese Co. honors their passion for farm fresh food and sharing it all with the people they consider their extended family – cheese lovers all across the country who can now experience the incredible flavors created from their small, family-run dairy farm in Point Reyes, California.
As fourth generation farmers, a family legacy of farming that dates back well over 100 years, Point Reyes Farmstead Co. knows that the importance of the happiness of their cows depends on healthy diets and land stewardship, which is why they place sustainability above all else. They harvest methane-powered renewable energy, conserve water through innovative reuse and recycling program, and they manage their nutrient-rich pastures with careful attention to erosion control.
